Chomper i see it i eat it

If it's on the couch or near the floor, I'll probably eat it

the stuff I should chew is boring

so I keep on ignoring

my toys and my toy bone

and instead eat your phone and laundry

and that paper you really needed!

Chatterbox i have a lot to say

I like to talk even when I am not supposed to

I can't help when I have a lot to say

I talk to any human who's listen

The mailman, neighbours and children

I have to ask "why are you leaving?"

"where are you going?" and "who are you meeting?"

I just want to know your agenda of the day!! 

Scurry i escape in a hurry

I follow my nose wherever it goes

sometimes it's far far away

when you turn around

I am not to be found

and even though you are worried

about where i have scurried

the trees and the squirrels can't and wont' say

Snore i like my zzzz's

I catch my zzzz's anytime of the day

in the car, on the porch

or on my human's lap

my zzzz's can be pretty loud

so my human sometimes frowns

but I know he finds it all so endearing

T-pee sometimes i pee

I admit sometimes i wee where I shouldn't

I do know better

than to be the carpet wetter

but when it's cold or rainy

can you really blame me?
