As the year draws to a close and we ready ourselves for the next, I find myself reflecting on the whirlwinds of this year. We achieved some significant milestones, notably our studio showroom where we meet you and your pets for a more customized shopping experience. It's been such fun and enriching encounters getting to know every customer that comes through our door.
This year, we started expanding the range of treats and grooming products, bringing locally-made dog treats by trusted pet kitchens, and organic grooming products to you.
We partnered with the charity group, Beyond Services for their talented seamstresses to make branded bandanas and tote bags. We can't wait to share more in 2024 with more beautiful works by these craftswomen in the pipeline.
Behind the scenes, we expanded our little team, and with it, we look forward to a faster-pace 2024. We cannot wait to share everything 2024 has in store for you. Keep an eye out for wider cat selections, more delightful treats, luxurious grooming products and charming goods for the humans.
