Why Ginger and Bear loves these beds.
P.L.A.Y was born out of necessity, to find the best bed for its creators' furry bundle of joy, Momo the Pug. From beds to toys, their products are made with our furry family in mind. They are designed with a little twist, a little quirkiness and into something that we would want in our living room or bedroom. The team is serious about caring for the environment. Beds and toys are filled with PlanetFill (R) polyfibre that come from post consumer recycled plastic bottles. In 2015, P.L.A.Y. was upgraded from Silver to Gold by Green America's Green Business Certification Programme. The team believes in giving back by partnering International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW), and fronts the Warm Bellies Initiative by contributing mats to shelter animals.
Take 1 tape measure and 1 dog (and maybe some treats).
Measure neck size for collars
Take measurement round the base of neck, with 2 fingers slag (UC). Then choose the collar size to match the measurement.
(Do not measure old collar.)
Measure girth for harness / apparel
Take measurement of the largest part of the chest (LC).
Girth is slightly behind the fore legs (not at the fore legs, 'arm pits').
Then choose the gear that matches your measurements.
Measure torso for apparel
Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail (L).
Choose the apparel that matches your measurements.

Exchanges
We are confident you or your furry family member would be happy with our merchandise and service. We work hard to ensure the quality or the merchandise we present here. If for some reason you are not, we'd be happy for an exchange.
Merchandise should be in original packing and re-sellable condition, unused and undamaged. Exchanges should be made within 14 days from date of delivery and please allow 14 days for processing exchanges. Customers are responsible for charges that arise due to exchanges (such as delivery / shipping). Faulty items due to production/manufacturing will either be replaced or refunded as appropriate to the circumstances. The evaporative cooling works, even in Singapore's humidity
I love both the swamp cooler and vests. I see a remarkable difference in my dogs' stamina when they are wearing them vs when without. I recommended it to my friend who has a boxer. Boxers can overheat quite easily, and she also agrees that there is a visible difference when her dog is wearing the vest.
Entertaining enough when my pup is in the mood to work for her food. It feeds more slowly than the west paw toppl, which is a plus point. Downside is that it isn’t the easiest to get a proper clean so it’s best to avoid anything oily
Love the sturdy feel and good grip, worth the investment and easy to clean. Slightly big for my dog (8kg) who can’t get a good bite to really tug roughly, but she’s still super excited when I bring this out for play
