Yes. Tavo says its pet protection systems undergo front- and side-impact testing at dynamic testing facilities, with performance benchmarked against UN ECE R129 child-restraint criteria. “Benchmarked against” does not mean the products are themselves R129-certified child restraints. No. Dupree is designed as an airline-compliant carry-on carrier with a flexible frame intended to fit beneath airline seats, but every airline, route and aircraft may impose different carrier dimensions, combined pet-and-carrier weight limits and booking rules. Yes. Maeve ISO Wind has integrated, retractable ISOFIX latches that connect directly to compatible vehicle anchor bars, so it does not require the separate Maeve vehicle base. The latches must be fully engaged according to the relevant model manual. Its built-in fan improves airflow, but normal precautions against heat inside parked vehicles still apply. Maeve ISO Wind has integrated, retractable ISOFIX latches that connect directly to compatible vehicle anchor bars. It does not require the separate Maeve vehicle base. It has an in-built fan powered by a power bank, which is not included.

Maeve ISO has the same integrated retractable ISOFIX latches but it does not have an in-built fan.

Maeve (first generation) is sold with a separate Maeve vehicle base with ISOFIX latches. The first-generation Maeve carrier does not have built-in ISOFIX latches.

As a general guide, Maeve 5X accommodates one small pet up to 12kg, with an internal length of 50cm. No. Maeve and Dupree are sold separately from the Roscoe stroller frame. Buying a carrier does not include the stroller chassis or, for Dupree, the required adapter. Maeve carriers connect directly to the Roscoe stroller frame. Dupree requires the separately-sold Dupree stroller adapter designed for the Roscoe series. Do not assume that adapters for different Tavo carriers are interchangeable; confirm the carrier, frame and adapter series and follow their respective manuals. See the Dupree adapter.

Tavo provides a two-year limited warranty from the purchase date for its carriers, accessories and gear, covering defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. It excludes normal wear, misuse, unauthorised modifications, accident damage and second-hand purchases. Claims require proof of purchase, the serial label and supporting photos or video.
